Cookie Policy

Petstore ED uses cookies and similar technologies to make the shop work, to understand how it is used and, only if you agree, for advertising. This page explains what we use and how you can change your choices.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website saves on your device. They help the site remember your basket, keep your checkout secure and show us which pages are useful.

What we use them for

Essential cookies. Petstore ED needs these for the shop to work: keeping items in your basket, checkout, payment and security. They are always on, and you cannot switch them off here.

Analytics cookies. Petstore ED uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the shop, such as which pages they open and where they get stuck. We use this to improve the site. We ask for your consent before using them.

Marketing cookies. Petstore ED uses the Meta Pixel to measure our adverts and show relevant ones on Facebook and Instagram. We ask for your consent before using it.

Reviews. Petstore ED uses Judge.me to collect and show product reviews, and it may set its own cookies for this.

Your choices

When you first visit, a banner lets you choose Accept, Decline or Manage preferences. Declining does not stop you from browsing or buying.

To change your choice later, clear the cookies for petstoreed.com in your browser settings. The banner will appear again the next time you visit. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block essential cookies, parts of the shop, such as the basket and checkout, may not work.

Third parties

Google, Microsoft and Meta set some of these cookies themselves and handle the data under their own policies. Our Privacy Policy explains how Petstore ED uses personal data and what your rights are.

Any question, email us at hello@petstoreed.com and we reply within 2 working days.
