Is Petstore ED a reliable online pet store? How do I know my order is safe?
Petstore ED has been selling pet accessories online since November 2024. Your payment goes through secure payment providers, so we never see your full card details. You receive tracking details by email, and if anything goes wrong you can email hello@petstoreed.com and we will reply within 2 working days.
How long does delivery take to the UK, and are there any extra fees?
Your order arrives within 15 working days of us processing it. Delivery is free on orders of £40 or more. Below that, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. You pay delivery once per order, even if it arrives in more than one parcel. We email you the tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
What payment methods does Petstore ED accept?
You can pay by major credit and debit card, with PayPal, or with digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. The full list is shown at checkout. Prices and delivery costs are shown clearly before you pay.
What if the product is not right for my pet? Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, and 14 more days to send it back. Start by emailing hello@petstoreed.com with your order number and a short description of what happened. If the item is faulty or damaged, please add photos. Our team will reply with what to do next, so please do not post anything before then. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong one, the return postage is yours. If it is faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong item, it is on us. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy has the full details.
