1. Who we are

Petstore ED has been selling pet accessories online since November 2024. These terms apply to every order you place on petstoreed.com, and by ordering you accept them.

Petstore ED is the trading name of Alessandra Teixeira Balbino de Macedo, a sole trader based in Portugal.

We sell to customers around the world. These terms are written for customers in the United Kingdom.

2. Your order

Placing an order with Petstore ED is an offer to buy. The contract starts when we email you to say your order has been accepted. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you quickly and refund it.

Please check your details before paying. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as you can and we will try to fix it before the order is processed.

3. Prices and payment

Prices for UK customers are shown in pounds sterling (£). Delivery is charged once per order and shown before you pay.

Your payment is handled by our payment provider. Petstore ED never sees or stores your full card details.

4. Delivery

Petstore ED delivers across the UK within 15 working days of us processing your order, transport included. An order can arrive in more than one parcel, on different days. Everything else is in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Changing your mind

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, and then have 14 more days to send them back. You pay the return postage. We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery you paid. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains the steps.

6. Faulty or wrong items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay for the return and either replace it or refund you in full, delivery included. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 also protects you. In short, you can reject faulty goods for a refund within 30 days of delivery, after that you can ask for a repair or replacement, and in the first six months a fault is presumed to have been there from the start. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

7. Using products safely

Petstore ED products are made for pets, but every pet is different. Read any instructions that come with an item, watch your pet the first few times it uses something new, and stop using anything that is damaged. Choose a size that suits your pet, and ask your vet if you are unsure.

8. Our responsibility to you

Petstore ED is responsible for losses you suffer that were a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses nobody could have foreseen, or for business losses, as we sell to consumers only. Nothing here limits responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit.

9. Other terms

  • Questions and complaints. Email hello@petstoreed.com and we reply within 2 working days.
  • Your data. We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
  • Our content. Photos, text and designs on petstoreed.com belong to us or to their respective owners. Please do not copy them without permission.
  • Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
  • Law. These terms follow the law of the part of the UK where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
  • If a term is not allowed. The rest still applies.
